The British Grand Prix winner sat down for an exclusive chat with Good Housekeeping.
In December last year, he contracted COVID-19, which forced him to miss the Sakhir Grand Prix in Bahrain. The article informs that like many of us, he struggled to maintain his fitness regime during such a strange time. “I’ve had periods of time where it’s been great and I’m really driven, and then I’ve had dead patches where I’ve just not been able to lift a finger.”
With the pandemic highlighting the need for new routines and hygiene, Lewis has inspired himself and his loved ones to implement safety measures at home, where cleanliness is at the core of his living environment.
In the interview, Lewis admits to being “a bit of a germophobe, even before the pandemic” and ensures to minimise the spread of any viruses by sanitising both inside and outside the home. Lewis uses the hospital-grade INEOS Hygienics Sanitiser Dispenser outside his front door and another in his hallway, where any guests that enter are asked to take their shoes off and then sanitise with the 75% Pharma Grade alcohol (killing 99.9% of viruses and bacteria) before they enter his home.
Lewis explains to Good Housekeeping that using the touchless dispenser has been essential in keeping him “feel safe, while adding a stylish touch to his living space.”
